Terms of use
The plain-language terms for the Colorado Eats app and this website. Last updated 2026-10-12.
What the app is
Colorado Eats is a free guide to restaurants in Colorado. It is provided as is, for personal use, without charge and without warranties of any kind.
Check before you go
Restaurants open, close, change their hours and change their menus, and mountain-town places close for part of spring and fall. Dishes, seasons and founding years are what each place or a named source said when we checked in fall 2026. We work to keep the lists right, but we can't promise that any listing is current or complete. Call the restaurant before you make the trip.
Inspection results
The Inspections guide and the Boulder County inspections page show Boulder County Public Health's official result at each place's latest inspection, as published on data.colorado.gov: Pass (0–49 risk points), Re-Inspection Required (50–109) or Closure (110+ points). Boulder County also records a Closure when it closes a place for an imminent health hazard, such as a sewage backup, whatever the points. Fewer points is better. We show the results as recorded and compute no grade of our own. An inspection is a snapshot of one day, and the published records can lag. For the agency's own records, contact Boulder County Public Health.
Other people's content
Ratings, reviews, hours and photos in each place card come from Apple Maps and are Apple's and its providers', under Apple's terms. Restaurant names and trademarks belong to their owners. MICHELIN and the MICHELIN Guide are trademarks of Michelin; James Beard Foundation and James Beard Award are trademarks of the James Beard Foundation. Colorado Eats is not affiliated with any restaurant, team, chain, award body or government agency.
